Ordered clockspring for my 2018 Q3. Part doesn’t fit. Part was never used, my mechanic who told me to order part realized when he took clockspring out of box, that it wasn’t the same part. When i tried getting address to send part back, they said i cant return if used. Part was taken put of box looked at and put back in. I have been corresponding with Mario from Bruce and Shark who wants to give me a 10% refund on a new part unused.
Very disappointing customer service.
I will make sure i warn people about my experience on Social Media about Bruce and shark.

I got installed the clock spring in my skyline. The airbag check ligh lt went away now and horn is working as well. There wasn't much difference from the original one, hence now when I drive the vehicle for a minute the skid light come on and it automatically switches off its traction control till you switch off the car ND start again and it repeats. It only started happening after replacement of clock spring. Just curious why 🤔
