Much quicker than I expected

Stator 398-86617A20 86617A20 174-6617K1 Fits Mercury MANY 6-40HP 2cyl Motors Generic

Purchased it for my 2011 Suzuki DL650. As installed, it is running great, producing good voltage. Must mention though, not a simple plug'n'play: had to remove the wire retaining clip to get it properly seated... had to move the rubber grommet up the cable to create enough slack for proper seating inside the housing... fought with the rubber grommet to press it in the seating as it appeared a bit too large... had to modify the routing to compensate for the 2" too short cable. Still very happy as the low price outweighed the additional tweaks...

Happy to get it now i must just pick it up at the post office
