Works great, no drivers or anything. Just plug in and let it rip. Seems to hold fine for me. I just have it mounted to my desk and not a sim rig though. I would buy again, especially at this price. It feels well built. Comes with extra screws, nuts and spring.
I had two of these handbrakes, and I would say the bruceshark is far more better in terms of being able to mod and with alittle bit of modding, I'm able to mount this handbrake in so many locations on my rig it's just better.
