Bought one for 2013 model and it was incorrect although the vin numbers matched. Apparently this can happen. The stator mounting bolts had 4 mounting holes where the one on the bike had 3. I then looked at the pictures on the Bruceshark website again and noticed the 2012 model had 3 mounting bolts and ordered that one. I had to transfer the plug from the original stator which connects into the top of the engine because the plug on the item supplied did not fit. It was installed and works fine. Problem is that I now sit with a brand new stator not used and spent money for two. Still a lot cheaper than the OEM component from the local dealer.
Delivery first time around was 2 weeks and 2nd time around 3 weeks, so not bad I think. Will use Bruceshark again. no problem.
