Initially I was unsure of ordering from a company that I wasn't familiar with but decided to take a chance and was glad I did. The product was as described, the vehicle recognized it immediately and it performed as expected once installed. Shipping to Canada took just over 2 weeks. During this period I reached out to customer service for an update and they were quick to respond (within a couple of hours even with the time zone difference).
