Reasonable quality. A few dings in the coating. There were no instructions. I couldn’t work it out so I asked my motorcycle mechanic to fit them. He told me 2 bolts didn’t fit-wrong thread. He bought 2 new stainless bolts to fit. Total Cost $110. But they do the job.
