The part did not include any hardware, but the wiring seems to be in good condition and the actuator calibrated correctly. During the 2-step calibration process, my technician performed a pre-alignment before installing the actuator. Once installed, he proceeded with the self-calibration, and the power and ground wiring were tested and found to be good.
Did exactly what I wanted it to do.
